Hey, im Ana Luiza.
I'm an associate partner and founder of Projeto Fio - a social business driven by a fashion brand that trains women in embroidery techniques in communities in Rio de Janeiro, and then develops hand-embroidered pieces.  There I work as the creative director and marketing director. With Projeto Fio, I've already developed more than 12 collections in charge of creation,  conceptualization and development.
Our work has been recorgnized by "Premio Muda" a prize we received 1st place from Vogue Brazil and C&A "Fashion Futures", which we were finalists.
I research manual crafts and the development of the craft and craftsmanship scene. I worked as a mentor in the Pernambuco Artisan Program in the Creative Journeys, in the Central and Northern Agreste and Sertão do São Francisco regions, developing a methodology focused on preserving creative identity, mentoring 40 artisans in the process.
My focus  is on the creative area, from conceptualization to delivery of the final product to the consumer. I develop strategies and narratives, always seeking alignment between aesthetics, voice tone and purpose.
Count on me to work with multiple media such as illustration, art direction, video editing, text production, among others, always according to the needs of the project.
